Hi everyone! My name is Jason and in my day job I work as a budget manager in a school district, but in my spare time, I like to access my creative side and make things with my hands.
About 4 years ago, I was helping my wife with her store and discovered soap making. I wanted to combine my inner environmentalist with my new hobby to make a more natural product, so I researched how to make soap without animal or petroleum products. What I found was that there are literally thousands of oil combinations, ingredients, shapes of molds, and purposes that can be experimented with for soap.
I want to share this knowledge with you and help you find a new and fun (and environmentally friendly) hobby to enjoy as well.
