You lift weights to develop more toned and shapely muscles, but did you know you could tone the muscles in your face?
It's true. Think about it. There are over 50 muscles in the face, and just like many of the muscles of the body, if you do not exercise them, they will lose strength...and tone.
Facial exercises can change that. Facial exercises can decrease the fine lines in a face and bring about fuller looking cheeks. Here are some other benefits of facial exercises:
- Strengthens the muscles in your face
- Reduces the appearance of wrinkles
- Increases blood circulation
- Firms and tightens facial skin
In this class, Sharon Hoffman will teach you how to do the different facial exercises in a relaxing and fun setting. She will also guide you through some basic stretching to help you relax.
Please have a clean face, free of makeup. Wewill be using some Katari hojoba face oil.
