Want to start your own flock of chickens? Not really sure what to do next? Learn how and when to get your baby chicks and begin raising your flock in your urban Denver backyard. Learn how to begin ordering and receiving your chicks, picking the perfect coop, and what to feed and how to care for your new chicks. We will talk about raising chickens in our city of Denver, answer concerns and discuss topics relevant to raising healthy egg producing urban hens. Learn what resources are available for continued questions and how to raise a family friendly, fun group of chickens.

Denise has been a Pediatric RN for 20+ years, she retired and opened a CrossFit box and a year later a Yoga studio, Painted Elephant Yoga in CA. Aerial was the unique difference offered at PE. Health has always been important but also community. Teaching yoga both on the floor and in the air is a love. After moving to CO to be close to her family, Denise looks to offer her talents to the Denver community.
