Event Overview
Let's spend an evening learning how to shoot beautiful sunset pictures. We'll get together an hour before sunset to discuss the principles of landscape photography and how to control light. Then, as the sun starts to go down, we'll begin shooting and putting what we've learned into practice. Not only will you walk away with a nice shot of the sun going down behind the mountains, but an understanding of how you did it and how to duplicate it on your next vacation or trip into the mountains. I look forward to seeing you there.
What to Bring
An interchangeable lens camera and a tripod.

All ages welcome
What's Provided
A handout of the tools used in controlling an exposure.
What You Can Expect From This Experience
- Understanding of how to manipulate light.
- Ability to adapt to not only the amount but color temperature of light.

I've been teaching photography for 10 years in a variety of settings and on a range of topics. At Dabble I want to have some fun and create some low key, relaxing shoots that teach a lot in a low stress environment. When I'm not doing this, I'm usually cooking something at home amongst my wife, dog, and unmanageable book collection.
