Event Overview

Bullet Journaling is a customizable and organizational skill to help you tackle life with more confidence and ease.  It is an analog planner that holds you more accountable, allows you to live with more intention, and is more personable then using an app, digital program, or pre-made planner. No matter what type of lifestyle you may have: being a student, parent, entrepreneur, working professional etc, this workshop will help you organize your tasks in a way that is unique to your personal needs.

During this course we will cover: the basic outline of bullet journaling, identify individual areas of your life that need organization, make a plan for the second quarter of the year, and set actionable personal and professional goals and intentions to keep this new bullet journal lifestyle sustainable! There will be one-on-one guidance to really create a unique, functional planner that you will love to refer to every day to organize things like finances, daily tasks, personal goals, and large projects. You do not need to be a professional writer or have any journaling/planning experience to benefit from this class.

Light healthy snacks and non-alcoholic beverages will be provided. (feel free to bring your own food, beer or wine)

The concept/process of Bullet journaling was created by a Brooklyn based author named Ryder Carrol. The instructor of this workshop is in no way claiming ownership to this process but has been using it for 5+ years and is open to sharing all their thoughts and tips. Thank you!

MORE ABOUT YOUR HOST

I am an illustrator, painter, and plant lover. My artwork is suited for walls, in between the pages of books and magazines, on stationary, packaging and more! I create mainly with watercolor, ink, and digital programs.

I received my BFA from Virginia Commonwealth University School of the Arts with a concentration in Scientific and Medical Illustration. When I am not in my studio, I am cooking up a storm in my kitchen, tending to my plants, hiking, camping, or traveling to somewhere new! My love of the outdoors is a vital part of my identity and I try and share that passion with as many as I can to help show that the outdoors is for everyone!

Awesome clients include Otterbox, Range Magazine, Craghoppers, SNEWS, Symone Center for the Arts and more.

This was a great class! Latasha explained the process of bullet journaling very clearly and shared several of her bullet journals as inspiration. I really liked how she addressed our personal goals for our journals to help us determine the best way to layout our pages. Along with her journaling expertise, Latasha was also a warm, friendly instructor who made her students feel very comfortable and capable. I would definitely take other classes with her.
