Event Overview

Recognizing the kindness and value of others is the hidden secret to living a more joyful life. In this class, you will learn the basics of meditation with an emphasis on techniques that will shift your mindset towards compassion, patience, and love. This 90-minute session includes a discussion and contemplation on the topic followed by a guided meditation.
