Event Overview

Concrete is a fast drying and easy to work with, making it perfect for crafting. Because it dries porous it works great for casting pots for succulents which need good drainage.

In this class you will get to make 2 of your own cement planters and choose succulents to then plant in your pots. The pots are made using recycled food containers for molds so please bring things to use for potential molds and some will be supplied as well. Common shapes that work well are cardboard or plastic milk/ orange juice cartons, tupperware, sour cream or yogurt containers, and drink cups. Some molds will be provided as well.  The class will also go over detailed care info for succulents and cacti.

Loved this class. Can't wait to use my new skills to make more concrete vessels at home. What a passionate individual and expert in his field - William taught a great class and we had a great time learning from him. He is such an industrious guy with such a welcoming/warm energy. I signed up for another one of his classes for the end of March.
