Jill Eleson is a vibrant woman, Certified Holistic Health Coach, and Essential Oil Educator. Jill helps clients Live Healthy Beyond Vegetables through exploration of their Primary Foods, not just what’s on their plate. By utilizing a unique coaching approach and offering a customized program, clients discover where their life is out of balance and how they might be getting in their own way so they can find balance, prioritize self-care, create sustainable healthy routines, and live authentically and vibrantly according their bio-individuality. There is no one-size-fits-all solution.
Jill will teach you the value and many uses of Certified Pure Therapeutic Grade Essential Oils so you can support your body systems, emotions and immunity in safe, natural and effective ways. She can show you how to transform many areas of your home and personal care routine so you can find relief from the chemicals and synthetics in our world.
Jill also offers her seasonal Clean Eating Reboot program to help flush toxicity and inflammation from the mind and body. Clients have stated the results include knowing the right way to eat for themselves, discovering hidden food sensitivities, improved immunity, increased energy, better sleep, reduced stress, effortless weight loss, ending food cravings, and prioritizing their self-care so they feel better everyday.
