Event Overview
This amazing new class from Mantra Glass Art allows our students to create (1) complex 4" or larger wavy bowl during their class, no experience necessary. During this introductory class you will work with our artisans to create a custom piece of work hand-sculpted by you.
We will start our class with a safety demonstration and begin our project by discussing the style of wavy bowl, color pattern, and size of your sculpture. We will heat colored glass pieces into clear glass and blow a bubble form on the blowpipe. We will then heat, open, and spin the glass to create the desired wavy bowl shape. We suggest this class for students ages 10 and up.
