Event Overview

When asked to teach a short (20 minute) lesson on how to motivate and inspire students, I thought 'the only way to inspire others is to be inspired yourself'.

Join us and get curious about what it even means to feel inspired. It can begin by practicing a useful skill called self-awareness. This 90-minute course is a short and simple introduction to self-awareness. You will leave with concrete steps towards more creativity, possibility, and inspiration.
