Event Overview

This class is for you if you’ve always wanted to dance, or if you have danced in the past and want to dance some more. Especially if you have never taken a dance class before, be assured that you will guided through learning dance technique and you will DANCE. Dance feeds my soul, and I hope to share that joy with you.

Come to class with comfortable clothes you can move in, and bare feet. Really, no ballet shoes needed!

At the beginning of class we will warm up our bodies, from head to toe. The warm-up will give you strength and flexibility, and get you ready for moving. Following the warm-up, we will learn movement phrases. By the end of the class we will be dancing across the floor in choreographed movements based on the warm-up and movement phrases.

The music is varied, and will inspire you, from the beginning warm-up to the final dancing.
