Event Overview
Coffee wakes our senses every morning, but did you know coffee is a seed? Or that sometimes it will taste like blueberries? Or on average it takes one tree a whole year to grow one pound?
Dabblers will find answers to these curiosities and more during this exploratory class. We will taste 4-5 coffees side by side and then garner a deeper understanding about fragrance, aroma, acidity, body, mouth-feel, coffee defects and roast profile.
This class is for the coffee aficionado and simply curious alike. Dabblers will leave the class with a 12oz bag of fresh roasted coffee and the confidence to taste, evaluate the perfect cup of coffee ... and what to look for on your daily morning adventures!
