Event Overview
This two hour class covers the technique of steaming milk to the perfect temperature and silky texture for creating espresso-based drinks. Students are taught a variety of free-pour latte art designs including hearts, tulips, and rosettas, and receive lots of guided hands-on practice time. This class is perfect for those with any level of experience!

MORE ABOUT YOUR HOST
Doug has been with Corvus Coffee Roasters for nearly three years and started his full time Director of Training position in April 2015. Before moving to Denver he worked for Pavement Coffee in Boston where he served as Barista Trainer for the Commonwealth Avenue location. He holds a bachelor's degree from North Texas University and a master's degree from Southern Methodist University. Doug enjoys peaty music and live scotch.
