Event Overview

"I see what you mean."

It's a simple phrase. But rarely is the phrase used when you can actually SEE what the other person is saying.

Visual thinking is one of the most effective methods for helping you gain clarity ... not to mention to get others on board with your plans. In this Dabble class you get a hands-on business sketching experience to visualize your ideas. You will leave with basic skills to walk to communicate your big picture.

This class is great for 'right-brain' thinkers, creative entrepreneurs, consultants, project managers, UX/UI designers, and presenters. Learn how to translate your "big ideas" into a Big Picture with the help of basic flip chart skills, lettering techniques and icons. Practice by making a visual business or project plan on one big sheet. You can finish it at home with the template you receive.

The best part? No art skills are needed! A basic sense of stick figures, and a few project ideas you have brewing for work are all you need to bring to class. Soon enough, you'll see what we mean.

MORE ABOUT YOUR HOST

Susanne Hoogwater is a visual thinker, graphic facilitator and serial creative entrepreneur. She has been teaching visual thinking skills to lawyers since 2005, under the firm belief that doodling and drawing makes everything more fun. Mind mapping and sketching was how she coached herself into imagining a new career beyond corporate law, and she wants to share her experiences with visual thinking with other Dabblers looking to enhance their thought processes.
