BOULDER* at J. Wells Brewery:
Think you might like craft beer and want to learn more? Just for ladies, we're hosting a class that matches 3 tasters of craft beer with three different styles of Girl Scout cookies. (Our mouths are watering just typing this!)
In this discussion, we'll see how their cookie flavors including peanut butter, shortbread or coconut, chocolate and caramel, pair with full bodied, English-style ales and porters. Because this is Boulder County's smallest brewery, spots for this event will be limited to 25 seats. This class will be taught by the brewer and will include a brewery tour and equipment explanation.
As a women's organization, we're also going to show our support for Girl Scouts, a group that empowers girls to develop leadership skills, independence, creativity and a volunteer ethic. 15 percent of each ticket that is sold will be donated to a local girl scout troop.
*This class takes place in Boulder, please plan accordingly.

Deborah Cameron is the Director of Barley's Angels Colorado, an organization dedicated to helping women in Colorado have the chance to try and learn about craft beer. She has facilitated over 20 classes that have paired craft beer with food including cheese, fresh handcrafted salsa, chocolate and VooDoo doughuts.
