Did you know that grateful people have better sleep, fewer aches and pains, better self-esteem, and increased mental resilience? Research into the science of gratitude and all its benefits grows every year with astounding results. But you don’t have to know the science behind positive thinking to start reaping benefits right away.

In this workshop, you will learn easy techniques and exercises to baby step your way to a better life through gratitude. Join in non-judgmental discussions and exercises covering happiness, a positive attitude, self-confidence, and of course gratitude. Discover new ways to be grateful in everyday situations. Learn to make gratitude a habit, give and receive compliments, and deal with negative people.

As a positivity mentor, Jesslyn practices gratitude techniques daily. She is fully immersed in her own teachings, as each rough patch (we all have them!) offers her a chance to practice what she preaches. She participates in multiple communities regarding positive living and positive psychology and created a thriving online gratitude group. She is currently creating a gratitude app and working on a second workshop about incorporating compassion and positive actions in daily life.
