Could two things like these ever co-exist? You bet your flexible-ass they can! BrewAsanas takes a rocking one hour yoga class and follows it up with a brew in a local brewery.
Ladies, use this as an opportunity to get your beer drinking mate out to stretch those limbs…and fellas, BrewAsanas is a lighthearted introduction to Vinyasa Yoga practice and the delightfully palatable world of beer.
We will begin BrewAsanas by enjoying a one-hour vinyasa flow yoga class taught by Adrienne of Elevate Yoga. We move through a fluid sequence of postures (asanas), focus on our breath, that invigorate, strengthen and restore the body. After, pay particular attention to our tastebuds as we make our way into the tap-room and enjoying the body, texture, and flavor of delicious beers from local breweries with BeerSnobChick.
This all levels class is ideal for anyone who is interested in exploring yoga in a relaxed environment and look to expand their minds in respect to local beers! Class includes a 1 hour yoga session followed by a pint of your choice. Mats will not be provided.

Recognized as a 200-hour Certified Yoga Instructor by the Yoga Alliance, Adrienne completed her training with Breathe in Denver. She's is also a Keiser 3M indoor cycling instructor, as well as YogaCycle certified.
Adrienne teachers an alignment based vinyasa class, and is passionate about introducing yoga to all sorts of athletes from runners, cyclists and triathletes to improve their performance. She is also a beer blogger and loves hosting events at local breweries! www.beersnobchick.com
