Event Overview

Are you ready for that Full/Half Marathon this Spring? While you might be good on your training plan, have you thought about your Nutritional needs what about all the other muscles you use?

"Let's Run This Town" is going to address the most commonly overlooked parts of your training and overall health: Diet, Strength, & Mind. With the knowledge you learn from this training, you'll be able to approach your training in a whole new way. The night will consist of a laid back panel discussion with Jennifer McDaniel, MS, RDN, CSSD, LD with McDaniel Nutrition Therapy & Dianna Haberberger, NASM Certified Trainer with Elevated Performance. They'll be here to answer some of the most important (and overlooked) aspects of your training.

This Class is part of the #3Run4 Initiative by Take it on the Run.

John is an ex-fat guy that found his passion through running. He is the Owner of Take it on the Run, LLC a specialty running store in St. Louis which offers a unique way of shopping for your running needs. He's completed a ton of races ranging from 5k to a Marathon and has his sights set on an Ultra Marathon in the future. When he's not running, he's a Dad to 4 crazy kiddos and works in IT at his "real" job.
