Event Overview

You dream of taking the crisp, dynamic photographs you see in magazines or being a freelance fashion photographer. However, the complicated settings, knobs and confusing numbers on your DSLR have you overwhelmed.

For only $49.00 you can truly explore your camera at this event.

March 14, 2015, St Louis Boudoir/Fashion & Glamour will be hosting a fashion shoot in Forest Park. There will be 5 models for you to photograph. In this workshop, you will spend 4 hours with a professional photographer learning how to use your camera on a manual setting. We'll cover basic photo concepts such as Shutter Speed, Aperture, ISO and working with your Flash in an easy to digest, understandable way. In order to signup for this workshop, contact Kimberly Gladden.

This workshop is great for hobbyists who are looking to brush up on their skills as well as first-time DSLR camera owners whom are trying to get more out of there camera.

This workshop is taught by Kimberly Gladden, a professional photographer servicing the St Louis and St Charles area. When you get the opportunity, please view her gallery of work at www.perfectivephotography.zenfolio.com.

MORE ABOUT YOUR HOST

Kimberly Gladden is a professional photographer serving the St Louis and St Charles area. She is a member of the Professional Photographer of America. One of Kimberly's favorite parts about being a photographer is building relationships with her clients. She began her journey with photography at the age of 16 years by carrying a small point and shoot Kodak camera everywhere she traveled. She photographed people and places she saw. At the age of 23, she began working as an apprentice for established local photographers in the St. Louis area. Through this experience, she learned hands on about composition, creativity, posing, lighting and the use of photographing with a professional SLR camera. She was also encouraged to start her own photography business because she was told she had an eye and the talent to be successful.
