Event Overview

Experience the breath’s true potential and learn that our ability to breathe is not solely for survival with Mo Costello. Learn to use the breath as a tool for self improvement and a way of bringing joy into one’s life.

This consists of a circular, connected breath to let the sub-conscious come forward for a deeper level of healing. Whatever comes up is meant to be addressed and breathed through to release and integrate. It is a beautiful, transformational process that helps to further understand yourself and your connection with Divine. The conscious and connected breath entering and exiting the body gives a path for past trauma, emotional and mental blockages and imbalances, and addictive behavior to flow freely from one’s conscious and subconscious mind to be released. After these releases, deep spiritual connections, bliss, feelings of oneness, deep relaxation, and stillness can all be experienced.

Tables are available, and you may also want to bring a blanket, pillow, and water for your comfort, and wear comfy clothes. We can't wait to see you!
