Learn an ancient and beautiful feminine art while stretching and toning and increasing stamina, grace and confidence. Class will focus on technique through isolations and muscle toning. Have fun, meet other awesome ladies, learn something new about yourself and other cultures, and express yourself!

All ages and body types welcome. Low-impact.

From my first class, I was captivated by the spirit of the dance – women of all ages easily becoming friends in an atmosphere of joy, acceptance and sisterhood. I teach group and private lessons and strive to foster this spirit with my own students.

MORE ABOUT YOUR HOST

I approach performance as a way to connect with you, my audience.

I continue to be amazed by this dance that has unlimited possibility. It’s ancient and mysterious origins, beautiful music and positive aura will never cease to fascinate me.

I currently dance for audiences throughout St. Louis, performing at cultural and art festivals, university programs, charity events, local restaurants and clubs, and private celebrations of all kinds. You will often catch me at Nara Café and Hookah Bar on Washington Avenue and Baida Moroccan Restaurant and Cafe Natasha on South Grand – come dance with me!
