Event Overview

Vinyasa Yoga - also known as Flow Yoga. A moving meditation class combing breath with movement in a sequence of standing and seated postures to connect the mind and body, and improve flexibility, strength, and balance. No shoes required.

Structure:
55 min - Includes warm-up and zen cool down

This class is offered twice a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5:30pm. Bex is also available for private group or individual sessions.
