If you want to learn how to create products and services that solve real customer problems, then join us at this hands-on workshop. Design Thinking is a framework that creates new value when one is able to bring three intersecting capabilities together. In this workshop we will use a real life example of how to (1) discover real human needs, (2) evaluate the technology capabilities to solve these needs, and (3) evaluate the feasibility of implementing.

Karen Gordon is the CEO of WE Design Think. She has been in the innovation space for over 25 years. In addition to her Fortune 100 and non profit experience, Karen has been part of four startups that have all been revenue positive and acquired. She is a startup mentor and instructor at various innovation hubs. Karen has been teaching Design Thinking for over five years in corporate and academic settings (University of Chicago's MBA school: Booth).

The intersection of Design Thinking and Business Models is one of Karen's core strengths. She looks to help you achieve greater success in creating solutions that create new economic value.
