Event Overview



  • 3 Pillars Strong incorporates Vision, Balance and Movement into each session for a whole body experience

  • We will take your joints into full range of motion 

  • Taking your joints into end range of motion, sometimes helps reduce any chronic pain

  • You will see improved balance, vision and movement even after one session 

  • Start off with a sensory warm up to wake up the brain! 

  • 12 week program, includes email PDF of all the drills and a tracking manual to track your progress!

  • Roughly 45 mins to 1 hour per session

I am a certified Zhealth trainer trained in R-phase, which includes joint mobility, rehabilitation and re-education. The 3 Pillars Strong program helps improve vision, balance and overall movement. I have helped people reduce their chronic pain, tinnitus, balance, knee pain, shoulder pain and lower back pain. These exercises are simple and can be down standing, sitting or even lying down!
