Event Overview

You love doing laundry, right? If you’re like most people, the answer to that question is no. What if I told you that there’s a way to make folding laundry enjoyable? And a way for you to save money every time you dry your clothes.

By adding dryer balls to your laundry, you can reduce the drying time by up to 25%! But we’re not stopping there. At this workshop, you will learn how to wet-felt your own dryer balls with 100% natural wool AND create a unique scent to add to the dryer balls with 100% pure, therapeutic essential oils.

Are you interested in scenting your bed linens for the ultimate night’s sleep? We’ve got you taken care of! Are you eager to spice up your laundry? We’ve got you covered!

For this special class Mishelle Vanderpool will join the class an give an intro on essential oils and how to use them for the dryer balls.

This is a BYOB event - if you like it bring your favorite beverage of the adult nature.

MORE ABOUT YOUR HOST

I like to come up with all kinds of practical and designy things that I can make myself. I discovered felting about a year ago and have been using it for all kinds of things from simple decorative animals to dryer and scent balls. As artist I am working with all kind of materials from fabrics to metals over digital media using traditional and digital fabrication methods, coding, simple electronics and recycled materials, as for felting this can stretch from bought fibers to my own cats fur.
