Event Overview

Join us for a hands-on upcycled jewelry workshop at Denver's newest creative workshop space Union Arts and make and create. We will have tools, and findings, along with tons of beads to mix with the elements of your old pieces. We will assist you in mixing the old with the new to upcycle your junk drawer jewelry into new pieces you will love!


Each participant should leave with 2-3 pieces (bracelets or necklace) of new jewelry to wear home.

What to Bring

Please bring 3-5 pieces of old unworn costume jewelry to work with in the workshop

Minimum age

All ages welcome

Prerequisites

No prior experience needed.

What's Provided

Union Arts will provide everything you need to combine elements of your old jewelry (beads, charms etc) to make totally new pieces.

Jessica Renaud
Jessica grew up in Massachusetts and discovered art at an early age. She studied art in college and continued to learn and pursue creative outlets throughout her life. She has taught drawing, watercolors and acrylic painting as well as creating jewelry and vintage decor and furniture.

Gayle Renaud
Gayle has spent most of her life as a Middle Eastern Dancer. She has had several successful studios and dance troupes in New England. She also has a love of choreography and has worked with community theater and with her church for performances. Along with dance, she loves sewing and taking on creative projects.
