Event Overview

This class will answer the following questions: What is estate planning? Why should I plan my estate? and How do I plan my estate? The class will teach attendees the basics of estate planning, giving them the tools they need to understand and negotiate the estate planning field. Students will learn the difference between a revocable trust and a will, a living will and a medical durable power of attorney, basic information on trusts and trust creation, and the documents that every estate plan must have. .
