Just for DADS! We are offering this one time class to teach your favorite dad how to make a beer flavored cheddar cheese.

This class will teach you all the ins and outs of cheddar cheese making. We will te4ach you the differance between curds and finished cheddar cheese and what beer will do for the curds too!

Everyone will go home with a small bit of cheese after the class and we will have appropriete beverages available during the class.
