Event Overview
BOULDER:
Elevation Beer Company creates some of the most highly regarded craft beers in Colorado. They're coming into our area from their taproom in Poncha Springs to meet with us at Alfalfa's Market. We'll be learning about and pairing their brews with organic small plates from Alfalfa's Market. The night will include appetizer pairings from Alfalfa's, giveaways from Elevation and information about their beers, and the following brews:
- First Cast IPA: A hop-forward, fresh, and fragrant American IPA that weighs in at just 75 IBU's.
- Little Mo Porter: One of the first home-brew recipes from Elevation's head brew master Christian Koch, it boasts a low ABV and full flavor.
- Apis IV: Made with caramelized honey, this Belgian Quad boasts a 10.7% ABV and a smooth, easy to drink flavor.
- Senorita Horchata, Imperial Vanilla Porter: This seasonal release beer pours a deep, dark brown with aroma notes of vanilla, cinnamon, and sweet milk.
*Please note this class takes place in Boulder.
