The class will focus on strength and flexibility we will work it out together as a group stretching and relaxing the class will be from 11 AM to 12 PM on Tuesdays and Thursdays


Registration through Dabble covers ONE class and you can sign up for additional dates through Dabble or in studio.

I am thrilled to be back in Texas! for the past three years I have been living in Illinois teaching various fitness classes two ladies all over the Metro East. I have been a great fitness instructor for over 30 years. I am also a graduate of Texas women's University with a degree in nursing. I love women's health and promoting healthy lifestyles. I can see this project starting out small and growing into a large tribe of women interested in health, fitness and friendship.
