Progressions and regressions for every exercise to make your workout tailor-made for you.


 


About your Coach: Andrew Scott is a multi-certified (NASM, ISSA, AFPA) personal and nutritional trainer that has worked with clients for 15+ years at multiple gyms and rehabilitation companies throughout Chicago. He is also a Golden Gloves Chicago winner, USA Boxing Coach, Judge and Inspector.
