Event Overview

Evolve & Elevates focuses on teaching movement patterns first to ensure that when you start using a kettlebell you are not at risk of injury because you have patterned the movement without load. Learn how to use a kettlebell safely and efficient to increase your stride and decrease your pain. Our coaches will take a look at what you are currently doing and how it can be improved. We will teach you how to stabilize first, before you move which will lengthen the shelf life of your running career.

Offering a variety of small group equipment classes such as Pilates, Kettlebells and Circuit classes
Located in the east Pilsen neighborhood, near the intersection of Halsted & 18th, plentiful and free parking!

My name is Alyssa Weishaar and I am a fitness and lifestyle coach with over ten years of experience. I started my small business in September of 2015 and converted my house to a studio. My background is in gymnastics, which I still practice to this day. I fell in love with Kettlebells in 2012, and was inspired to get serious and train for the level 1 certification. As I became consistent with my kettlebell training, I saw a significant increase in my strength, and major changes in my body. I use kettlebell training, Pilates, nutrition coaching, and massage therapy to help my clients transform into the best versions of themselves. I believe strength training develops power that stays with clients for the rest of their lives. With that power comes the responsibility to take care of oneself, and to that I am also a Precision Nutrition certified coach and educate my clients on the fundamentals of healthy eating.
