Event Overview

In this class, we will make hand crafted flower or herb boxes (depending on your choice) out of recycled materials.

You can bring any small container, from an old tin can to a small wooden box. From there, we specialize your box with decoration and can even rig it so it can be a hanging piece. The boxes are meant to put in the window, so keep that in mind.

We will start the class with a brief tutorial on various herb uses, their health benefits, and cooking suggestions. I, along with other local gardening experts, will then provide tips for keeping the plant healthy and happy!

The majority of the class is spent crafting your custom boxes to keep or give to your mother - we provide the seeds, the soil, and various decoration options and needed assemblage tools.

Moms are encouraged to attend, and will receive a complementary gift from us if they do! This class allows for much creativity, and you'll learn something fun in the meantime. Hope you (and your mom) can make it!
