This group is designed to help you get back to the basics: YOURSELF!!!
As we continue to get pulled in different directions it becomes increasingly more difficult to determine what takes precedent. What demands our attention the most? If you find yourself wishing there were more hours in a day or an extra day in the week to manage all of life’s demands, you could benefit from this group! Prioritizing your needs and establishing a mindset that would foster long term self-care is the primary focus of this group.
We will discuss the different types of stress that affect us every day and gain a better understanding of what’s maintaining these stressors and how to manage them.

Jasmine has experience in working with adults, young adults, teens and families with issues concerning anxiety, depression, self esteem, substance abuse, adjustment, relationships, grief anger management, dependency, family conflict, abuse, self- harm and suicidal ideation. Through her current work with individuals in both a private practice setting and with an Employee Assistance Program, she has a grasp of the concerns that tends to troubles individuals on a daily basis and experience in helping them overcome the obstacles that have hindered success in the past. Jasmine accepts the uniqueness of each individual and strives to create an atmosphere of hope, reassurance and encouragement that allows you to work together in navigating through life's challenges.
