Event Overview

Jealousy is afraid of losing someone. It’s a fear of being left, abandoned; of someone else “taking” our partner’s, our parent’s, our friend’s, our pet’s or our child’s attention from us.  This fear of losing can be overwhelming and cause us to become a green-eyed version of our worst selves.  We don’t know what to do when jealousy happens to us or someone close to us. It is frightening & painful  to face the Green-Eyed Monster!  The majority of us do all the wrong things to make the “monster” go away.

This workshop will teach you how to realistically deal with jealousy no  matter which end you find yourself.  You will learn how to recognize the fear of losing and the over whelming sense of shame that makes jealousy worse. You’ll learn about the intricate dynamic of jealousy, shame and anger. You’ll learn what is effective to do and what is not.
