2020 has put us through it and the complications continue. To support resilience and our ability to cope with change (hello, seasonal/political/emotional transitions), I’ve created a movement and journaling workshop series that will run weekly on Sundays 10/4-11/1, 6-7:30pm CST (virtually!).
Attendance to all five is encouraged, but I know it’s tough to commit with the current climate, so please know dropping into one or a few is welcomed too. Each week we will explore a different movement pattern and journal on the related emotional implications.
This is not a therapy or processing group, though reflections as a group will be welcomed.
