This class teaches you to generate positive results the way women did in ancient times, by gathering in a circle with other change-seeking women to invoke the powers of feminine energy.
Each class, you will learn spiritual tools to advance your career dreams like: meditation, cultivating heart wisdom, opening vulnerability, setting intentions, performing rituals, reading oracle cards, and practicing the art of allowing. And most important, as The Genius Guru, I will help you tune more deeply into what your career needs more than anything else: your inner genius.

- Break through fear, procrastination, perfectionism, and anything blocking the flow of your genius.
- Take the courageous actions your heart and intuition are calling for to manifest your career dreams.
- And, cause magical results for those projects most important to you and impactful on the lives you touch through your work!
You can attend one event, or even better, all three dates in Nov, Dec, and Jan! Space is limited to 12 persons per event, so register early! This class is for you women out there who are in your dream career now or still in the process of discovering your dream.

Gina Marotta loves work and wants you to as well! She writes, speaks, and counsels people on knowing and expressing their inner genius to step fully into the work they were born to do. She is lovingly known as “The Genius Guru.”
Before launching her current business, Gina served as the founding Managing Director for Step Up Women’s Network in Chicago, an organization empowering low-income teen girls out of poverty and into college, where she raised $1 million in revenue and grew the local chapter to 10,000 supporters. Before that, Gina employed her genius as a criminal defense lawyer, working on Chicago’s highest profile cases ranging from political corruption to murder and everything in between.

She’s been honored with awards and special recognitions such as one of the Top 100 Emerging Leaders Under 50 by Diversity MBA magazine and one of 100 Women Making a Difference by Today’s Chicago Woman Magazine.
