Event Overview

Have you ever considered making your own perfume?

Truthfully, I didn’t for a long time. I loved wearing my department-store brand perfume and used it every day. I loved the light floral scent and didn’t think twice about what was actually inside it.

But then I started researching chemicals in my beauty products and found hidden chemicals were in many of my beauty care staples, including my perfume. While many perfumes and body sprays claim to be natural with floral, citrus or exotic scents – they are anything but natural. Perfumes aren’t required to disclose ingredients (such as synthetic chemicals and fragrances) because they are considered trade secrets to the manufacturer.
In this class you will not only create your own perfume recipe, you will also learn how to create that recipe mixing and matching just the right 3 key notes that works best for you. Once you understand this process you can continue doing this at home.

With the Holidays coming up soon, how nice would it be to make perfume for your family and friends that you personally created just for them? This Is a BYOB class, appetizers will be served. So tell your friends and make it a girls night out!

MORE ABOUT YOUR HOST

Bridgett has been working with essential oils for over 15 years. Her interest in using the oils was part of her effort to live a cleaner life. Her children and husband are very sensitive to chemicals, aromas and allergies of all sorts. So, rather then give up on the things she loves, like perfume, she just simply found a way to have it and wear it without causing them harm. This has become a fun way to interact with her teen daughter and gift giving is never a problem.
