Event Overview
Together, we will explore how to create three different dishes with a jar of kimchi - all vegetarian! Students will watch and help me make these dishes as I go over different kinds of kimchi, the origin and history of kimchi, and how to cook different dishes with them.
We will dine on our three dishes for dinner. Please remember that the dishes will be spicy - mildly to very - so make sure you can take the heat!
This is a private home and exact address will be provided to the students.
PS - I have an adorable little dog so please take this into consideration if you have allergies!
