While in these position, she personally developed and implemented leadership programs on Change Management, Managing Diversity, Networking, Team Building, Leadership Skills, Communication, Sexual Harassment, Interviewing Skills and other Human Resources programs. She has gained a strong understanding of operations, business management, and corporate initiatives. Sarah also brings a flair for encouraging and motivating others. She is a results-oriented professional who understands your need to develop quality employees and meet bottom-line objectives. Sarah is a member of the National Association for Female Executives and the Society for Human Resource Management.
