Event Overview

We know we should exercise and eat healthy to keep our weight in check but sometimes it can feel like a chore. What’s important is finding exercise you enjoy so you’ll stick to it.

During this experience Laura B. Folkes, Certified Holistic Health Coach will guide you to identify a workout routine you’ll love so it's sustainable and achievable. She'll also discuss how much exercise you really need and the group will take a walk along the lakefront so you can get to know each other and bounce ideas off of one another. As a gift for attending you will receive a free trial membership to Lakeshore Sport & Fitness.

So put on your walking shoes and I'll see you at Oak Street Beach!
