Andrea Hoffman, MSW
Andrea Hoffman is a proven leader, educator and strategist with more than 25 years in the not-for-profit sector. Her consulting focuses on communications, fundraising, and organizational coaching. Professionally, Andrea's career has ranged from program director to executive director, as well as senior leadership roles at Hillel International. She has rescued organizations in crisis and understands first-hand the challenges inherent in scaling non-profit organizations. Andrea holds a B.A. in psychology from the University of Illinois and an MSW from the Jane Addams College of Social Work at the University of Illinois, Chicago.

Sara L. Manewith, AM
Sara has been described as a teacher, a trainer, a mentor, and a coach. Trained as a social worker, Sara has honed her natural facilities as a strategic thinker, collaborator, and born communicator into a career as a not-for-profit leader. A lifelong Chicagoan, she brings a deep familiarity with the city’s non-profit landscape and the philanthropic sector, as well a solid understanding of what effective programs look like and how exceptional organizations operate. Sara is a talented collaborator and takes genuine pleasure in others’ success. Sara has an MA from the University of Chicago School of Social Service Administration, a BS in Education from the University of Wisconsin, Madison, and a Certificate in Nonprofit Management from the University of Illinois College of Urban Planning and Public Affairs.
