Event Overview

Have you been toying with the idea of starting your own business? Do you long for more freedom and flexibility than your job allows for, and to really let your true passions, talents, and interests shine? Maybe you just want more meaningful occupation, and more purpose in your life.

But you may be wondering, “How on earth can I start and build my own business when I’m already working full-time and have an already-full schedule?”

Even if you’re not thinking of having your own business, and are simply overwhelmed by your to-do list – finding ways to create more time in your schedule is a need so many of us have in this fast-moving world.

This workshop is for you if:

• You want to start your own business, but need to hang on to your job in the meantime.
• You’ve already started your own business, and are overwhelmed with everything to do.
• You feel like you’re “spinning your wheels”, or doing a lot of stuff, and not accomplishing anything.
• You want to learn ways to be more efficient, and identify which actions should be prioritized.
• You want to focus on what’s important, so that you can achieve your business and life goals more quickly.

What to expect:

• An interactive workshop with activities to clarify your vision and goals
• Clear, proven strategies for opening more time in your schedule

MORE ABOUT YOUR HOST

Lisa is a coach and consultant for women who are new entrepreneurs, or wanting to transition from “employee” to “entrepreneur”. Along with helping her clients with mindset, implementing high-impact action plans, and a holistic life approach that supports self-employment goals, she supports them with the big challenge of managing time. As she’s fond of saying, “My parents didn’t give me a middle name, so I’ve given myself twelve – and organization is one of them!” Leaving behind a professional background in education, and later, fundraising, she launched her business Expansive Success Consulting while raising her “awesome, super-cute, high-energy toddler son”. In addition to a demanding job, there's nothing like being a parent to make you have to sharpen time-management skills!
