Event Overview

Remember the early days of Ebay? When it felt like a wholesome democratic marketplace? When you had a fighting chance when you tried to sell the antique sideboard you inherited from Great Aunt Dorothy?

Now, Ebay is overrun by “power sellers,” wholesalers, and drop-shippers. For us “normal” person who just want to try our hand at selling a few items on Ebay, it can be intimidating. This class will help Dabblers put their best foot forward on Ebay, and introduce them to the fun game of “garage sale flipping.”

Material covered will include:

* Finding items to sell from your house or garage sales
* Tips for content: your listing titles, photos, and description
* Getting better photos from a point-and-shoot
* How to predict whether your item will sell, and for how much
* How to set your opening price or reserve

Note: Attendees should have purchased something on Ebay, as well as have both Ebay and Paypal accounts
