Event Overview

Everyone loves pastry with creamy fillings - so why not learn how to make them? Have fun learning how to create some of your favourite Pâte à Choux focused pastries like eclairs, cream puffs and paris-brest and their yummy cream fillings in this hands on class.

This class will be taught by Chicago pastry chef Kelly Dull.

Refund/cancellation policy:

A full refund will be provided for cancellations requests received from customers up to one week (seven days) before the event. No refund or store credit will be provided for cancellation requests received less than a week before the event.
