Event Overview

Who said trees have to be happy trees? Abstract landscapes put you in control of the mood, lighting, colors, and detail. It's a finished painting when you say so! Sit back and sip on something you brought and watch magic happen.

Students will have a choice of doing something completely abstract, something more like a landscape, or subject. I will provide examples and let you decide as an artist what suits your mood and let you lead. As the class progresses, I will show you different painting effects and techniques for everyone to try out! Feel free to ask questions or bring up styles and ideas.
